The building façade is stone, metal, and clear, frosted and fritted glass and the lofts have floor plans maximize the openness of the design. Features include 10' ceiling heights, Gwathmey Siegel designed Valcucine kitchens in striated elm wood, smoked matte glass and Jet Mist granite, and marble master baths with deep soaking tubs, separate showers and radiant heated floors.
